As Vacation Rental CoHosts We:
- Vet all guests.
- List property on Air BnB site.
- Set cleaning fee (paid by guest).
- Schedule guests check ins and check outs.
- Schedule and execute cleanings/turns.
- Write guest welcome letter, provide them with wifi codes, local attractions and dining, etc.
- Provide specific instructions for trash days if needed, returnables, recycling.
- Handle schedule changes.
- Field emergencies.
- Handle all guest requests, complaints, inquiries.
- Stock all soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, sugar, coffee, tea, coffee filters, salt/pepper.
- Monitor guest reviews public and private. Respond if needed.
- Keep an overall eye on the property and report any concerns to homeowner.
- Clear the energy between guest stays.
- Consult required regarding coordination of trash pick ups, snow shoveling, handyman repairs, lawn/home services. May result in additional charges.
